Know exactly when your order will be ready. Here is how our production schedule works and what you need to do to qualify for same-day and next-day production.

How Turnaround Works

Order Before Close of Business to Qualify for Next Day
Your order must be placed before 6:00 PM EST (close of business) with a print-ready file attached to begin production the next business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will begin production the following business day.

Same-Day Production Has an Earlier Cutoff
For same-day production, your order must be placed by 2:00 PM EST with an approved print-ready file. Same-day is only available on select products - see the table below.

Your File Must Be Print-Ready
Turnaround time starts when your file is approved for print - not when you place the order. A file that needs corrections, resizing, or design work adds 1-2 business days minimum. Always upload your file with your order.

Weekends and Holidays Don't Count
Production days are Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed Friday after 6:00 PM EST or on weekends begin production the following Monday.

Turnaround Does Not Include Shipping
Turnaround time is production time only. Once your order is complete it is ready for pickup or shipment. Add your carrier's transit time for total delivery time. Overnight shipping is available but does not replace production time.

Real Examples
Order Monday 10AM + print-ready file = Ready Tuesday
Placed before 6:00 PM with approved file. Standard 1-business-day turnaround begins immediately.
Order Monday 11AM + print-ready file = Ready Same Day
Placed before 2:00 PM same-day cutoff with approved file. Eligible products go to production immediately.
Order Monday 4PM = Does NOT start until Tuesday
Placed after 6:00 PM close of business. Production begins Tuesday, order ready Wednesday.
Order Friday 4PM = Does NOT start until Monday
After 6:00 PM on Friday. Weekend does not count. Production begins Monday.
Order Monday with a file that needs fixes = Add 1-2 days
Even if placed before cutoff, the clock does not start until your corrected file is approved.
