THE PROMO TRAP – Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production Time vs Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production begins only after:

  • Full payment is received

  • Print-ready files are submitted

  • Proof (if requested) is approved

Shipping time begins after production is complete.


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship using:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers (when required)

Carrier delays due to weather, volume, or mechanical issues are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.


3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated arrival dates are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed events

  • Lost revenue

  • Marketing costs

  • Customer delays caused by late shipping

Rush production does not guarantee shipping carrier performance.


4. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours

  • Provide photos of packaging and product

  • Keep all packaging materials

We will assist with a carrier claim if applicable.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Returned packages due to incorrect info

Reshipping fees apply.


6. Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered:

  • Contact the carrier first

  • Check with neighbors/property manager

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


7. Local Pickup

Pickup orders:

  • Must be collected within 30 days

  • Unclaimed orders may be recycled

  • No refunds for abandoned orders


8. Large Format / Freight

Freight deliveries require:

  • Someone present to inspect shipment

  • Damage must be noted before signing

Failure to inspect voids damage claims.
